I have been a member for over a year and I have seen amazing results. They have fun challenges and promotions throughout the year for members, and the instructors are very energetic and motivational.

Honestly this is the best gym i have ever joined. No nonsense. Its a full body workout everytime and it gets you RIPPED. It also gives you a mental workout at the highest level.

I love this studio! I lost weight without even having strick diet I feel stronger and more toned every time I go and class always leaves me feeling refreshed and energized.

I am pretty happy hear. Joined with a friend we got free gloves and now I can actually do push ups. Place is small but clean and they have tons of classes even at night. Very nice people

Intense workouts!! Sometimes just the warm up is a killer! These classes can help you lose weight tone up de-stress etc. definitely worth a try. 3 classes for $19.99 and free gloves

great atmosphere.....best core workout you will never do.....instructors are friendly and very knowledgeable.....lost 15 lbs in 2 months with ilovekickboxing....

Great workout! I have lost 50 lbs. since I have started here. Don't listen to the grudge holding babies that cry when they are not let into class for showing up too late.

The way the counter staff treated me upon arrival my first day was akin to emotional abuse. Needless to say I did not stay for class and returned the Groupon k had purchased.

I don't recommend here. People at desk are so rude. Instructors don't show up often times in the 7am morning classes. Then they kicked me out for being 15min late in their afternoon class. INSANE.
