Advance reservations are necessary (if visiting in summer, it's best to book a month in advance).
Try the Negroni Sbagliato, their signature cocktail. "Sbagliato" means "mistake," and the mistake here is the substitution of sparkling wine in place of vermouth in the Negroni.
There is a great prix-fixe menu here: three courses with a drink for 18 euros! Their risotto is excellent.
