Excellently located, gorgeous view..you can actually see the financial district and the airplanes coming in..as well as the sea and river below too. Breakfast food is lovely..and the place is worth th

Dont forget to get your complimentary drinks (accor member). If you wanna have freshly squeezed orange, go downstair. There's a vending machine that serve it for only $3.6/cup.

The pool is under repair until mid-May. Guests get a taxi ride to Grand Copthorne nearby to use their somewhat smaller pool. For compensation ask also free breakfast and wifi - you will get it.

Best hotel for night life. Right next to Clarke Quay, surround by bars, restaurants and clubs which is perfectly when u just wanna find a drink or hang over... Lol

Very nice hotel, located above the shopping mall. Very nice rooms and a decent buffet breakfast too.

Great hotel. Excellent breakfasts, friendly staff and fabulous location. Never difficult getting a cab from here. Kid friendly.

Very nice hotel, very good location. But... no wifi in the rooms, just cable.... You need to go to the 7th floor to have it.

It's quite worn out. Hotel is sub-par for the brand Novotel. They should renovate. Stay here only if you need good food and MRT connection. The location is superb.

The meeting facilities are not to the level I have come to expect from Singapore. The food was poor as was the chairs and tables uncomfortable and the tea was awful.

Slow check in, poor quality of food. Decent room, but the shower stall door doesn't close properly, leading to water leakage

Outdated rooms and shabby nickel and dining customer service. Breakfast is the same every day, bad food. They treat repeat customers like dirt. Can't wait to checkout.

This place sucks. We woke up to drilling and hammering directly above us at 9am on Saturday. Apparently they are renovating the entire floor but still charging full prices. Terrible customer service.
