The exposition is well staged even if a bit too small. Guides are well prepared and very cute. Kids-friendly. The second floor has super cool interactive displays to learn about Peace prize winners.
Great location, near harbour and Aker Brygge, both also very nice places to visit in Oslo. Has always a exhibit about a current topic and the normal exhibit of all prize winners, which is really nice
After viewing the rotating exhibition on the 1st floor, don't miss the permanent exhibition upstairs - a series of interactive installations that are both informative and beautiful
Worth a stop on your Oslo pass to learn about the history of the Nobel Peace Prize. Open 10-18 even in winter. Thought-provoking rotating and permanent exhibits. Whirled peas!
If you come here with children, ask for "Agent ID" at the entrance and let your kids listen to instruction by the exhibition entrance. They'll have fun following the clues across the museum!
