Josh B is the best trainer and Mack who works for parisi speed and agility works you hard to raise your level of performance and make you faster jump higher
Ruth's Mon night yoga and Johanna's Sat morn class are excellent and way better than your typical "gymyoga" class. I basically belong just to take their classes each week.
I really really really can't stand Monday night's combatinstructor. I get only half a workout cause she screws it up every single time. Ugh. Wish they still had Debbie around!!!!!!!
