Kanito IvanNovember 3, 2014Love the amenities and location. Only 5 minutes from Disney's theme parks and like 10 minutes from Universal Studios. Also, the hotel have everything and no need to get out if you don't want to.

Erin DarcyMarch 8, 2013So much fun. The new Bikini bottom Breakfast is definitely worth a go! Parents and children can sing and dance w/ characters. Themed rooms, resort activities, it was all great. Had a fantastic time.

Teresa Flores-SweetSeptember 15, 2013Pool is great, lines long at water park area. Chairs hard come by. Disney has more free pool activities. Rooms great when you have 3 kids. Put the kid in trouble on the foldout/ uncomfortable.
Rooms are great! It's so nice to stay at a hotel with more then just 2 beds and a tv! Some many free shows! Kids will want to stay at slides and not waste money at parks! Great for saving money!

Have dinner in the food court and watch for characters to come out and get your pic taken with them. And get the unlimited 4D movie passes. Well worth it. The daily sliming is cool too.

We love it here, been coming for years! The kids even we the adults love the slides! Rooms are great! Sad to see that the Green Slime shampoo is no longer here :0(

They had me and my family laughing within 20 of our check in. This place is awesome! My husband got a pie in the face while we were eating dinner!
This is my second stay and don't think I'll be back...they are so crowded, too many people to properly enjoy and keep eyes on kids. Very exp

Chris RossMay 3, 2013This place is a sh**t hole without decent toilet paper. The water park and 4D movies are a hit, but there are much nicer hotels in the area. Also, don't expect to find a decent meal here.
Great place for the kids, ok for the adults. Lifeguards are superbly trained! The "cafe" has a gr8 breakfast, but I had 2 terrible dinners.- Ladies, it's a good place to leave your husbands while your kids are in the arcade so you can have some quiet time to yourself!

Great for the young ones when their room has their favorite characters on the walls!!- This is a kids place so be a kid act like a kid while youre here It's once n a lifetime experience adults!
Rooms on the first floor are really loud, but nice location right next to the lagoon entrance and the mall- Let your kids have fun!if they can't have fun here where can they?Dont yell @them.Let them be kids & run & play.If other guests can't take their noise why did they pick Nick?
Bill WisotskyJanuary 29, 2015Horrible, disgusting, unclean. Dried feces on towels and roaches in the room. Housekeeping did not clean. Had to ask for towels everyday. Tried to leave, no other hotel openings between 12/25-12/31.
Your check in is going to be slow. Just relax about it. Too many people are getting all upright. Relax!
BakariAugust 6, 2011Kids love the Slim activity. For some reason I can't get Internet connection here on iPad, but can on MacBook Air.
If staying more than a wreekend be sure to look for other things to do outside the hotel.

Resort? It's a cheap smelly motel with a great pool. Save your money and add a water park to your vacation.
