- To swim a mile at the pool, you have to do 60 laps (one lap = down and back). Optimal times to go are either before 7am or after 9pm as there's otherwise a wait along with a 30-minute per lane limit.

- Try Zumba with Roxanne on Tuesdays for a totally fun sweat drencher. Or don't because the class is too full ;)

- James KuangSeptember 10, 2013Pool is tiny and allows only 2 swimmers at a time. It's probably about 1.5 lanes wide and divided down the middle. Not full length and 3 ft 4 in at deepest.
- Sam Ramos is the trainer you want! (But only if you want to get your ass kicked)
- If you opt for a trainer, opt for Jared. He's the best and a beast!
- If you opt-in for a trainer, get Jared. He looks harmless but trust, he'll whip you into shape.

- Great gym but they play the worst music on Saturdays...
- Sometimes it smells like pancakes & bacon in the AM. Do they do it intentionally and if so is it supposed to be motivating or is it just plan cruel?;)
- Small clean gym, has all the basics. Don't go between 6-8pm. It's an absolute zoo and an awful experience.
