    If you're lucky and they have it you must order the excellent Bison Ribeye which is pan-seared with a spicy cocoa rub, served on a spring salad with balsamic glazed onions and a blueberry demi-glace.

    Try the five course. They sometimes serve things that are not on the menu or something they are thinking of putting on the menu.

    Get the nori tuna appetizer! I had a bite of a friend's bison ribeye and it was excellent, so are the yuzu noodles.

    FYI, pasta salad has pork in it, for us non-pork eaters out there. Whoops.Soda fountain is great, though.
