    If you have a long service and aren't in a rush, consider taking the courtesy shuttle to the Americana Mall up the street. Makes for a more relaxing time than hanging in New Century's waiting area.

    Jayme, Pedro, and the rest of the service team are the best in the business! Friendly and respectful. They will treat you and your VW right! I live 35 miles away an still come here only.

    They are horrible. Their Yelp page has a rating of just 3/5, so google the dealership and read reviews. It's essential to choose a dealership that values your time and treats your vehicle with care.
