Natalia Quintero: Features golfy & chic decor, straddles the High Line in the Meatpacking District, as trendy as you'd expect. Enter through the hotel, go to 18th floor, and walk one flight up. Enjoy!
Natalia Quintero: Make a reservation in advance, don't mistakenly sit at the bar, their cocktails are hit or miss, the views are known to be the best in the city. Go for brunch, tea time, or late night drinks.
Natalia Quintero: Located at the rooftop of the Met museum. The 'bar' is really just a concession stand that serves alcohol. Not worth going to just for the 'bar' but a must visit if you're already at the Met.

Natalia Quintero: Easy to access, fabulous view of the city (especially the Empire State Building). Not a lot of seats, but a great atmosphere. At least worth visiting once for a drink and the view.
Natalia Quintero: Rooftop of the art deco Beekman Tower Hotel, best NYC view from midtown east. Skip the dinner (the waitstaff has a bad reputation), just walk outside with a drink and enjoy the view.
Natalia Quintero: If (for some reason) you're feeling touristy, this lounge is your best bet to get an amazing view of times square. It has been said "this terrace is one reason to mingle with the visiting masses"
