Tom CoatesSeptember 17, 2016Love Nando's but previously only has it in the U.K. This branch has more options but it tastes just as good. Favourite of mine is Chicken Pita, double cheese, hot with peri peri fries and a Nata- Can't decide between the lemon and herb or the mango and lime? Get both and share! Chicken is always tender and juicy. Well-priced, and has more selection than the west coast. I miss this place!
I love Nando's! Try the mashed peas and the fries with its homemade sauce as a side to your chicken. Great food, good service and reasonable prices.

Mariana BernasconiMay 18, 2013Gluten Free ppl- warning! Fries are not gluten free! However, even as a GF Vegetarian I was able to find plenty to eat and it was delicious! They also have bottomless honest tea. Such a great meal!

OsamahOctober 8, 2019What can i say about Nandos? I fall in love with it in 2012 while studying at Perth, here i come again at DC and the food was great. Bit pricey here but hey its nandos!
Tom MaxwellJanuary 17, 2016The flame roasted grilled chicken is good but the peri peri sauce you put on it is what makes Nando's stand apart, hence the mention in its name. Unique sides like mashed peas with chili flakes.
I love this place! Chicken is always delicious. Lemon herb is a good base sauce, zesty and not so hot. Macho peas are my go-to side.
Get the fantastic half roast chicken. Chocolate spoon cake is decadent. Nice selection of wines at nice prices.

The garlic peri sauce is the shiz! The sangria is yummy but it's only because it's mostly Sprite... If planning on getting the garlic bread side, get the app instead. For a $1 more, you get 6 pieces
My must-have: chicken livers with peri-peri chips (which are fries) and perinaise.

Ouchy DathurtsJune 3, 2011If your not sure what to get, you can't go wrong with the Chicken Wrap, the rice is great, and the hot sauce is massively tasty! Prices rock the face too for D.C.
The fries with the peri peri salt are worth it!!! Warning though, the cranberry/corn/squash side is SPICY!!!

I'm a big fan of Nando's Peri-Peri - takeaway, eat-in and I've even had meetings at 18th Street! I'm also a fan of Portuguese wines - overlooked and often underrated bargains!
