Use the sauce Luke! There is a great selection of Peri-Peri sauces you can pour over your chicken. Find them down the back near the drinks. I recommend the Garlic Peri-Peri!

They always overestimate the wait time. There are about 24 tables, average eating time is 1 hour, on average someone will leave every two and a half minutes. A better way to estimate your wait time.
