If you're strapped for time, skip through the bottom level and go to the 2nd level starting with area #5. The first four areas are just geology and archaeology. Interesting but not unique.
Dirty place despite the seemingly constant scrubbing and washing by city workers. Historic site with actual fisherman still living on boats docked. Tours for the harbor are cheap.
