Found drug needles outside, watched someone get arrested, room service dishes sat in hallway for days, and front desk folk are RUDE!!!

I wish I remembered his name but there is an awesome guy that works there in the gaming section and he totally rocks!!! He is one of maybe 2 people that actually does stuff for customers
If you're in the Houston/ Cypress area, we recommend this outlet. They have a good selection of stores as well as places to grab a snack. It is also very clean... even the restrooms are clean!
By far the best cajun restaurant in Dallas. If you're into shrimp or crawfish, we recommend the shrimp and/or crawfish fondu. Their prices are pretty reasonable as well.
The atmosphere is amazing at any time of the day. The service is also great, however the food is a little overrated.
Although the mall is fairly large, making your way around it can be a breeze because they provide cart services for shoppers who can't or don't want to walk.
