If you're looking for a personal trainer, Jeremy is the BEST. He pushes you to go beyond what you think you're capable of, yet he doesn't make you feel like a fat loser. Friendly and professional too.
Piña colada smoothie is really good, even the low calorie version!
Be careful and read your contract because if you go overseas for work they won't let you cancel.
