The garden area outdoors is dog friendly and has jazz nights on Wednesday & Friday. The garden to cocktail options are excellent, however their gin & tonic pairings have my highest recommendation.

Plates are small/medium size — so the sum of a 3-course dinner can go up $65. There's a cheaper way though: one main course and a plate of fine awesome different cheeses. The staff is marvelous.
