This is the only ice cream in SF Andrew and I agree on. A good balance of experimental flavors and nice texture. It's hard to get here without a car. You could pair the trip with brunch at Plow.
The wait is outrageous but once in a blue moon you may pass by when the line both starts and ends inside the building. That's when you go and sample all the amazing flavors and get a scoop on a cone!!
If you work in SOMA, ditch work for a minute and treat yourself with a handmade sugar come stuffed with cinnamon graham ice cream. It's ok, you can have ice cream for lunch people.

Awesome atmosphere, the flavors are so various but all worth trying! They change their flavors all the time so it's always fun coming in to see what they have. They changed flavors when I got there!

Hipster heaven- if you like ice cream that's pretentious yet tasty, you have found your home. Stick to traditional flavors and the ride down 3rd is worth it.
Loved it, Got the IPA cream tasted just like a fresh draft of beer wafted and brewed to perfection, then served with a cookie that simply delights the palate and leaves you in pure ecstasy.
We can't get enough of this delicious ice cream! Try the sweet potato and marshmallow, Fernet, or Pink Squirrel ice cream. Unique flavors and HUGE portions.
try it all. take home a pint (or three). I'm currently eating "Old Fashioned" with bourbon-soaked cherries. it's fabulous! the house-made cones are delicious, too.
