'Pakistani' is the best resturant. It is closely followed by 'Kababjee'. Without doubt Breakfast is the best meal at Shereton Karachi- Aftari at "Kababesh", the Lebanese restaurant, is so different from the run of the mill usual options in the city. Strongly recommended.

Very friendly staff and super tidy hotel. Excellent buffet breakfast. Pleasure staying over.

Lester KanMay 1, 2019Very poor in almost every way. Shower is appalling and pathetic! Service is poor! Cleanliness 6/10, bed 6/10, shower 2/10, staff 4/10, value for money 3/10. Avoid even in Pakistani Standard!

Move and Pick another one ;-). Has lost its touch. The ones of the same brand abroad are way better.
drop by and try the lebanese restaurant. quite good- The performer in the lobby is a treat to watch. Evenings only

I think people are really concerned for their jobs hence I believe they are not willing to give any extra hospitality care.- They prepared chicken Chowmin for me. It is not even on their menus. There customer care is good.
This is the place that used to be Hotel Sheraton before.
