Moulin, not Moulin Rouge is a charming, quaint place you'll fall in love with. The prices and portions are great. The cream cheese French toast is the best breakfast you'll ever have. Spectacular! Outside is very old but the food is wonderful! Ask for cheese omelette.

Best breakfast ham - but don't forget to bring cash.
