Ate here three times during a trip to San Fran. It was that good!! Super friendly/attentive owners always had my coffee topped off and love it if you can finish all the food on your plate.

get the cream cheese stuffed french toast! it's amazing, big portions and comes with bacon and an egg for 10.99. food might come out slow since it's just the one lady cooking, but totally worth it

Moulin, not Moulin Rouge is a charming, quaint place you'll fall in love with. The prices and portions are great. The cream cheese French toast is the best breakfast you'll ever have. Great service!

The Korean couple that own this are absolutely adorable and so kind. Huge portions. The spinach omelette with mushrooms is so good.

Spectacular! Outside is very old but the food is wonderful! Ask for cheese omelette.

Very nice restaurant especially for breakfast or brunch. Very friendly and kind people. The food is amazing and the prices were low!

The husband and wife who run the place are so kind and friendly, not to mention, the food is fantastic! Stick to them menu and you'll be happy :)

Older couple own and operate the restaurant. Mom does the cooking, Dad does the serving. The banana walnut pancakes are awesome

Wasn't sure that the 45 minute wait to get a table plus the 45 minute wait after we ordered was going to be worth it, but this might have been the best breakfast I've ever had.

The couple that runs the place are sooo nice! The breakfast is fantastic and portions are large! Get there early, I think they close at noon.

Portions are large. Be sure to go here with an empty stomach! Also seating is mostly for couples. There are only 2 tables for parties of 4.

Steer clear of this place! Not only is the place incredibly dirty (their food inspection score is 69 out of 100 which makes me wonder how they are still open?), their service was pitiful and very rude
