If your bringing your car in AND expect a loaner car do not come on a Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. They run out. Make appointment for Thursday or Friday. Otherwise you may be sent to Avis.
The business office is full of wing nuts. Four cars later from here and the average time waiting for them, when we're paying cash, is three hours! Argh!
David BJanuary 30, 2014Always double check the work after they say they do it... Especially the oil/fluid levels on older models. Full does not mean coming out the top of the dipstick.
