The bar with the best music in town hands down. It gets crowded on the weekends but prefer to go in the weekdays, when you can meet the most awesome people in the country.
Best spot in SJ. Looks like a loft. Cheap drinks and THE spot to go dancing. Try to get there early when they have events, otherwise you wont get in!
Mellow and more authentic costarican dive bar. They have gigs, djs and many events. The chicharrones in the entrances are awesome.
They have dj acts on the weekends and its ok for a date on the weekdays, they do serve good food. It doesnt get quite as busy as it used to.
More on the high end of costarican nightlife. House music, fancy deejays, fancy drinks with fancy pricing. They sell imported cigarrettes.
Recently relocated. Old venue was the sh*t. Gay friendly (more like gay gay). Ok drinks and (in)famous for their kistchy "plancha" nights (old songs en español)
A fave for many people, they play lots of different music depending on the day. Lots of rock and 90s stuff. Cheap drinks.
