You can mix different chocolate blends for your drinking chocolate. San Francisco milk 35% + Valrhona 85% is quite delicious!

The hot chocolate here is incredible! One taste and you'll never go back to what they serve elsewhere. Even Coupa's pales in comparison.

- Espresso! It's soooo smooth and earthy, not overly sour (like lots of other espresso, um, nearby).
Try the experiments - always something fun being concocted by Mark the chocolatier
- Dominican Republic hot chocolate for the win. Real ground chocolate!
