One of our favorite Mexican spots in Brooklyn. You must start with the Esquites, followed by either the enchiladas verde or the fish tacos, plus a margarita to wash it all down.
One of the best brunches near by! Definitely make a reservation on OpenTable if possible. Often long weekend waits. Classic french dishes, amazing cocktails... Walkable, but worth a ~$6 uber ride!

Great pizza pick up when coming home from the Subway! They also finally opened their sports bar which has been a total game changer in the neighborhood! Tons of TVs with great Italian food to order!
A great spot to sample the local microbrewery's selection! You can bring your own food and play Jenga or cards at a table. We've always enjoyed the tour, its more of the history than a walking tour.

This is a great way to travel down to DUMBO and the Brooklyn Bridge. Tickets are affordable and can be purchased ahead of time via the App. Worth every penny for some of the best views of the city.
