Too westernized for my liking, ramen didn't have that authentic feel. Also, the soup base felt overpowered by the hoisin sauce flavor.

Don't order the pork belly. Too fatty a cut and not enough flavour. I've had better meals (and more authentic) in other establishments. Not worth the two hour wait in line.

Terrible service. Hostess was extremely rude and did not want to be there. Would not return. food was decent. But not worth it for the rude staff. Don't come to work if you don't want to be there.

Not worth the money. Portions are small and it's really not as good as what everyone thinks. Even the buns (which supposedly you can't go wrong with) were terrible and missed the mark.

Over salt or under salt, I wonder if the cooks taste the broth. Not worth paying a premium for ramen that is poorly put together. Pork buns are good.

Don't drink the ramen broth from the rim of the bowls. Their staff place their thumbs and fingers on the inside of the bowls prior to serving the ramen to customers 😳 😷

Los buns de cerdo son los mejores. A la hora del almuerzo tienen un menú muy bueno que incluye noodles y una entrada. El precio bastante bien.
