Family style seating unless you go to the counter. Ton of noodles in the pork bowl, and the pork buns come with two huge slabs of pork. They do not skimp! Good value for a Momofuku establishment.

tried the pork ramen the tsukemen was sold out. I have to say it was the least flavorful ramen I have ever had, three bites, finished my beer and left. Great marketing, zero substance.

Hard to go wrong here. The pork bun may be the best I've had. Everyone raves about the ramen, and rightly so. For beverages, the Orenji Punch (witbier, tequila, orange) was an unexpected treat.

Spicy cold noodles and Brussels sprouts were the most memorable for me. Tried every appetizer - wouldn't recommend the chicken meatball bao but everything else great!

Go to the bar upstairs; you can order from both the noodle bar and the Daisho menus. Pork buns and Daisho brussel sprouts are must have. The Dan Dan Mian is a worthwhile noodle bowl.

The place meet up my expectations - even though the ramen I want to taste was sold out at 7pm. The buns are the best I ate and the ramen is really delicious.

If you're a fan of the NYC chilled spicy noodles, these are NOT the same. They are not nearly as spicy or even really spicy at all...however the rest of the menu items are identical and as delicious

Yup, you can't go wrong here. Any ramen noodles you pick, you'll love it. Full of flavors, you won't go slurp the whole thing.

Awesome noodles. Friendly servers, however they made the whole dinner feel really rushed. This despite only a handful of people in the restaurant (empty!). Don't let them rush you out.

Service is nimble, friendly and food arrives very quickly. We loved the pork buns (so fatty and delicious), the divine lemon curd and the lovely selection of Ontario wines. Noodles, as in NYC, rock.

Bar in front of the kitchen is very warm to sit at and not advisable if you are eating ramen. My pairing suggetion : momofuku ramen (absolutely a must!) and pork buns. Two can share the ramen.

I liked the pork buns - all of them - and enjoyed Momofuku Ramen. At duet time they add a few extra dishes including the chicken wings which are fun.

With innovative twists on what would normally be considered fast food, Noodle Bar’s specialty is a shared, gourmet, fried chicken dinner.[Eater 38 Member]

Pork buns are tasty, they melt in your mouth. 2 to a plate. Reminds me of how Peking Dug is served, just pork belly instead of duck

If you like SPICY, the Spicy Noodles are HOT! They'll bring a small glass of iced soy milk to accompany it for those that can't handle it.

Ramen was great. Excellent broth. Try the seasonal pickles. Clams good too. No tea! Servers polite and cute but our lunch didn't come at the same time.

Chicken buns surprisingly better than the pork. Ramen is great but could be 5 degrees hotter. Steam is good! Skip the wings. Skip the kimchi stew. Ginger scallion noodles are good.

Pork buns are the way to go. Also: crack pie and corn cookies. I will never look at corn the same way again.

Share the ramen bowl and pork buns. (Huge for me) .. Dont forget to ask the dinner specials. The Hanger Steak needs to be combined with rice for the serving for the steak is small.

Pork buns are great, ramen is okay but not as good as you'd expect from a David Chang restaurant..... I think there are better noodle places unless of course you're going for the corn-flake ice-cream

Ramen noodles were delicious, but the Momofuku broth was too salty. I appreciate the westernized flavours of the buns, but I prefer what Banh Mi Boys have done to the traditional "bao." Worth a try.

Hugely overrated, I don't understand the hype around momofuku and it's owner. Mediocre ramen, rated 5/10. Pork bun is nice, but it's just sticking a piece of charsiu into a simple bun.
