Ko Bar is a secret that’s already out but I wish I could hide it. Sit at the bar, splurge on wine, and don’t pass up the sourdough crepe or cold fried chicken. Everything here will blow your mind.
Walk into Ko Bar to experience Chang's top restaurant most creative -- and relatively affordable -- food in the test kitchen. Fried chicken, rice, scallop, foie pie.
Reserve a seat at the bar, for it only heightens the experience to watch the masters craft the dishes as you dine. The wine pairings are also incredible and perfectly curated for each course.
An amazing dining experience. Beautiful plates. Sitting around the kitchen watching everything & interacting with the chefs made everything even better. Great wine list. Attentive staff.
Ko is probably the most laid back and casual fine dining place in Manhattan. The food is inventive and excellent. Watching your food prepared and served by the chefs is worth the price of admission.
Momofuku's r always great experiences but dining at Ko is for sure the most incredible. Mix of molecular & asian food, my favorite r the shaved foie gras & kimchi consomme w/ oysters + braised cabbage
Walk ins at the bar area only. They have tables too. An experience with their food, service and preparation. Menu changes everyday. Enjoyed their cheesecake, crepe, cheese plate and cocktails.
Momofuku Ko has transformed into a four-star fine dining gem on the Bowery. Expect bespoke graffiti, a roomy chef's table, and pressed mackerel sushi that would make Jiro Ono himself swoon.
The food is impeccable and prepared with skill like I have never before experienced. Definitely do the pairing menu. The pairings are all so interesting, delicious, and complement the food.
This is where casual Fine dining started. The tasting menu is outstandingly creative and innovative, served by the chefs themselve. A wonderful experience that is worth the hassle to get a reservation
It's often rare that every dish on a 13-course tasting menu is a 9 or 10/10. Momofuku Ko reaches this impressive standard this in a cool, street-inspired environment. Amazing meal overall.
Completely worth the trouble and expense. The pairing was probably the most interesting and delicious I've had. In the same ballpark as Benu in SF but much more fun sitting at the kitchen counter.
Great chef's table experience. The courses are perfectly paced and the food is incredible. The wine pairing is a tad pricey, but it definitely elevates the meal.
I’d say the hype for the food at Ko Bar is a bit much...but for the price it’s a steal. The cold chicken is that good. Costigan cocktail is addictive. Make sure to ask what off menu items available
NYT Top New Restaurants ** (2018): "Sourdough crepe; tandoori sardine; scallops with pineapple and shiso; cold fried chicken; pork pie; Japanese cheesecake."
