- You should try the TRX. It's a great alternative to traditional weight lifting.
- Third floor exercise room is usually empty and a great place to work out in peace.
- The Z center now has plyo boxes! Great way to build explosive 1st step power!
- New Hoist brand machines kind of freak me out. Too much awesome.

- Check out the stationary bike with the video monitors. The dragon game is a great way to pass the time.
- There are two lifting platforms and several sets of bumper plates for olympic lifting, but some of the staff will yell at you if you drop them loudly. Caution!
