Two counters at this enormous, crowded market stand out above the rest: Sushi-Dai and Daiwa Sushi. This is the freshest sushi you will ever try, and the immense variety will impress you too.
fyi I got here at 5:30 in the morning on a thursday and i waited 2h to get in. At 7:45 there are 50-60 ppl lineup.
Save yourself a 3-hour wait at Sushi Dai and eat here instead. The line is much shorter, but most tourists don't know because it's just a few steps further down the alley (btw buildings 6 and 7).
The food stalls around the temple in Asakusa provide for some fun and affordable snacking of items you won't find abroad. Don't stop at the McDonalds, but keep going and eat something local :)
You can enjoy Sakura - cherry blossom in early April. the best is Sumida Park(Sumida kohen) along the Sumida river.

No cool dude would seriously hang out/ shop here. It's Cat Street and the surrounding backstreets way down Takeshita and over the main road (Meiji Dori) under the unmistakable Harajuku arch you want.
Endless rows of shops. Go to Takeshita Dori for inexpensive youth apparel, Omotesando for the high-end retailers, and Jingumae for Western brands.

Take the Yurikamome monorail from Shimbashi Station to Daiba. This will stop right at Aqua City Mall. Spend time to take beautiful photos of the mini Statue if Liberty and the view of Tokyo Bay.

Magnificent view. Would say this is by far the best and must visit temple in nara. Gives you goosebumps by looking at the statue and good architectures for photos

The landmark seems intentionally underwhelming - the city focusing on what's next rather than what happened. Maybe stare up at the sky from here, as the bomb actually detonated at 600m/1900ft.
