Nicole KastenFebruary 27, 2015Signage is poor in the terminals, but the concourses are well done. Good drinking and shopping options. Walk instead of taking the train for a good stretch.
Escape lounge is awesome and significantly less busy than SkyClub
This is seriously the best airport ever. Charging stations and iPods everywhere!
If you're in the a concourse, bring your walking shoes or ride the tram.
If you come here to see someone off before a flight, there is only a single restaurant, nothing else. Maybe the upstairs area would be a great place to put a coffee shop and other restaurants?
Salad; the most interesting salad is the mango salad with chicken, red peppers, green peppers, tomatilos, and a little lettuce. Find it at Tequileria near G10.
It is great that there is no rental car shuttle. Love it!!

Ilusha ProNovember 29, 2013Wanna skip all lines and get guaranteed priority boarding? Arrange wheelchair assistance. Apparently lots of wheelchair users at airports walk faster than the grim reaper.

I cannot over-emphasize the usefulness of the family care rooms for nursing Moms, both for semi-privacy and for quiet. More airports NEED this.
Get lunch at Surdyk's wine market. It's positively civilized! Booths w outlets, cooking channel on tvs, and really beautiful sandwiches
The bathrooms in the mall area are the nicest I’ve seen at an airport! Food selection could be better at MSP.

North gate is often less crowded. South Gate is the main entrance for Delta.

Caribou coffee is local fave...you can have Starbucks anywhere.

Concourse G is practically in another State. So put your hiking shoes on. It's going to be a long walk to G1!

Beth BondJuly 29, 2018TSA moved to one check-in point. They are absolutely unprepared for any mishap. Waited over an hour and people were cutting line and there were only two guards to help over 300 people in line #failure

play pinball and video games at little mini arcades scattered throughout the airport to pass the time!
Renovations are great! Updated lactation rooms and restrooms. Much needed!
Has DewJune 26, 2013This airport has lots of shops and restaurants. If you come early it is easy to kill time!
The balcony above Ike's is a great quiet spot to rest or work while you wait.
You can play pinball at the arcades in C and F terminals. Games could use some cleaning but are largely functional.
Delta silver "elite" is allowed in the short security line next to US Airways check in. At all other checkpoints you have to stand in line with the peasants
COVID Test is on the parking side of the skywalk. Not in the main terminal. Come early.
Terminal 1 parking, Blue ramp level 8 has EV plug-in parking.
