- The light rail downtown is faster than a cab, and cheaper. Plan your stops accordingly, but downtown is Government or Nicolet stops

- lisbeth calandrinoNovember 9, 2014Check bags in Mall of America or in main terminal. Really a pain they should keeping them in baggage claim. Maybe Nordstrom would keep them. If I didn't get up at 3AM I would takes the train over.
- Surdyk's Flights has delicious gluten-free options, including a to-go cheese plate. My favorite place in the airport.

- Nice airport but very unclear about how to find the hotel shuttles. If you're staying at the airport crowne plaza you need to call the hotel to get picked up

- Over the past few years they have renovated the airport and added numerous local restaurants to offer a taste of MN while passing through. TSA hasn't been too bad lately and outlet availability is ok.

- Easy checkin and security screening. Concourse has plenty of variety of food
- Be sure to bring your winter gear in the summer time. It is a fricken ice box in this airport.
- Good thing there is lots of signage, you need to walk up and down a few times to get from baggage claim to taxis

- If you come here to see someone off before a flight, there is only a single restaurant, nothing else. Maybe the upstairs area would be a great place to put a coffee shop and other restaurants?

- Free peanuts and Biscoff cookies at Delta baggage lost and found behind carousel 6.
- Check out the great new seating areas on the G Concourse. Private booths with electrical outlets!
- If security looks insane or you're short on time when you arrive, ask TSA for directions to security check #10-- it's usually deserted.
