Good breakfast, nice view, comfortable rooms and bathrooms. Bath with view to city and sea. Metro station right in front of main entrance , with direct lines to Airport Terminals 1&3.

Try high levels rooms and just enjoy the view at nights. The problem is limited time of free wifi 1hour a day. The location for accessing to metro is the best.

Door knob was loose, as was the bathroom toiletpaper holder. Reception needs to smile more often. View was amazing, and breakfast was delicious

It has a verygood location that gives you access to many important places like downtown and dera dubai. There is a metro station just in front of the entrance. Family friendly hotel and beautiful view

Near metro station and bus station,outdoor swimming pool,spa and gym,the rooms in higher levels have a good view because this hothel is 64 floors.

Great hospitality and service. My room was upgraded because the receptionist spoke on the phone for business for 2 minutes while I was waiting!! Great attitude 👍👍

Great five start Hotel in Shaikh Zayed Rd. and next to metro station. Good variety of breakfast and fast Internet access. The premium room are great

The best view is in room 11 and 12 series as it has seas view, but Khalifa view, and nice Sheikh Zayed Road view but rooms in this series has twin beds only and not king size beds.

The hotel is not bad in general, but it took us more than 35 minutes to check out and a longer time to check in. The workers are not professional enough, but the view was beautiful.

I had a great experience regarding staff and service. But faced some disgusting things regarding cleanliness of the room. Horrible smell and dirty towels. Showers over flood. Menu in-room very dirty.
