Excellent location. The hotel is very nice. The rooms were clean and up to date. The staff is very friendly and responsive. The restaurant downstairs is reasonably price and the food was good.

Very nice place! The details were perfect. We were offered a free upgrade & already had a good deal - so it was ridiculously reasonable for what we received. Plus, the location is unbeatable.

An affordable hidden gem. Service is great, room is super cute and the hotel is walking distance from shopping and restaurants

Comfy bed and pillows. Roomy, with nice water pressure in showers. Free wifi. Starbucks and a restaurant in the lobby with a lobby bar. Would stay again

Convenient. Basic rooms are ok in size, not big but enough for two people. The a la carte breakfast was amazing and saw me through a massive jet-lag at the time.

Comfy bed and spacious room. Love the philosophy products but no conditioner? I liked the option for pillows and get fit kit, but there was no DVD player, so how am I supposed to exercise in my room?

Nice room, nice location, very slow housekeeping. Ask if the rooftop bar will be open when making a reservation. They rent it out for private parties and don't tell you ahead of time.

Great value for the suites. -06 rooms have a great view of the John Hancock Tower.

Another great reason to stay here: AT&T Wi-Fi is one of the many amenities here for guests. It’s fast and easy to connect.

I'm glad to see other people liked it. We were not offered valet. There was no safe in the room. The price was good for the location and the space was clean but I would not be back.

Friendly staff. Nice lobby but the rest of the hotel is very old and frumpy. 1970's decor in the rooms

Gran Estancia, el hotel es de primer nivel y tiene una súper ubicación! Solo que en las habitaciones se escucha todo lo que hablan los vecinos, para un hotel de estas características no debería pasar.
