- Jinn XuSeptember 24, 2018Really old, but sufficient if you just need a room to stay, with fair price.Upvoted Sep 21
- Beatrice ChristelleSeptember 29, 2014Classic old European fashioned decor. Decent beds. The staff mean business when it comes to security, which is great. I misplaced my key card and they majorly verified my identity (passport AND ID)!
- DHR.comApril 10, 2012Take some time to hang out at the Club Bar, open from 8 am to 5 pm. A great place for snacks and refreshing drinks.
- DHR.comJuly 10, 2012The restaurant treats you to delicious regional and Mediterranean cuisine; it also has an open -view kitchen.
- Eleonora MartaMay 11, 2019It was really OK, nothing spectacular. Good service, decor is a bit out of date but room was clean, a bit tiny though. Wifi only in lobby, in room you have to pay ridiculous price.
- Supermarket across the street will save you a fortune on the mini-bar prices
- Michael D'OttavioMay 24, 2011Great service. Offered to have my tie cleaned after spilling balsamic. Checking out tomorrow and they couldn't pull it off. Thought counted.
- Suraj AminNovember 4, 2011Wifi is €16 per day in the hotel! Just buy a 3G mobile broadband dongle from Vodafone instead for €30-€50 which will last for 3months!
- Bram BertelsAugust 17, 2011No power outlets next to the bed (e.g. to recharge mobile phone). If you want your phone nearby, bring a small extension cord (2 meter total)
- T AugursonFebruary 18, 2011Jack Daniels steak is very good! SuperMarket across the street saves you money!
- The hotel is good place to get a drink and salad. Ask for Gianmario!
- Rooms are really hot! 30c in mine. Ask for a fan from reception if air-con doesn't work.
- Gian Marco PizzutiJune 9, 2010Hotel wi-fi IS very expensive, but sometimes there is chance to link to temporary connections set up for hosted mktg events
- No internet cable, but wi-fi in room, but it is very unstable. If you need to print anything, you need to go to the self-service center with a minium charge EUR3.5
- Has a REALLY below par gymnasium. You're better off heading to duomo area where there's Fitness First
- Bar closes at midnight and not the advertised 1am. There's another bar in the piazza behind the hotel open until 2am
