What I really love about Nations is they truly take the comment and suggestion cards very seriously. If you get a bad burger or have a bad experience I find they will send you cards for free burgers.
By far the greatest burger on the menu is the Graffiti Melt. It comes on thick cheese crusted toast. This is by far one of the best burgers I have ever had.
For less than 10 bucks the Oakland Zoo is a great place for a nice casual relaxing day. Not one of the biggest zoo's but always one of my favorite close to home faves.
GET THE ENTIRE FAMILY! A BABY BURGER, MAMA BURGER AND PAPA BURGER. YOU CAN ALWAYS HAVE LEFTOVERS. GET THE BURGERS TO GO AND BY THE TIME YOU GET HOME THEY EVEN HAVE MORE FLAVOR. FRIES TO GO ARE HUGE!
be sure to see the platypus exhibit. They are so fun to watch and they are truly more than just one of God's jokes when it comes to nature.
If your hungry be sure to eat inside the restaurant and skip the regular old cafeteria!
Get there right as they open, take a break in the afternoon back at your hotel to relax and freshen up and right back to the park in the early evening and stay until the park closes. Get the corn dog!
