- Naptown 💪 LarryJanuary 15, 2012In the wintertime, the tables downstairs of this historic 1750 Inn all cozily crowd around the crackling fireplace, and there's also a working fireplace upstairs in the piano room. A wintertime oasis!
- Naptown 💪 LarryFebruary 15, 2011For Happy Hour drop in and order a half dozen or so of Middleton's famous .95 cent Oyster Shooters. They typically have 2 oysters in each shot and they each come with their own shot of beer for a chas

- Like the sign outside the door right now says~best mussels in town. Anyone that has tried them at other DTA restaurants knows they are by far the best & hv maintained this reputation well over 10 yrs.
- Mrfantastic8000July 1, 2017The fish sandwich is a winner! Very large and tasty. Also, the crab cake! Mostly meat and not a lot of breading!
- Alyssa ChubbuckSeptember 17, 2015The staff was very friendly and the food was delicious. I had calamari starter and Iceburger. Yum!
- Filbert WMarch 19, 2016Doesn't quite have the age inside that the "1750" label expects. Very good food. Try the tuna "nachos", more like sushi on a chip.
- Colette JacquetOctober 31, 2015What isn't good is the smoked salmon. Thick and dry, read curling edges, and served with some kind if corn bread! Sacre bleu!!!
- Naptown 💪 LarryJanuary 2, 2012This circa 1750 tavern always has a lively crowd, a good beer selection, and regularly hosts live music.
- Cody AndrewsOctober 13, 2012Beautiful little tavern with a colonial vibe. The steamed muscles are killer!
- Try the Oyster Shooters - The best Oyster ShootersIn #naptown
- 🍷Five O'Clock SomewhereAugust 29, 2011Seafood chowder, hot crab dip & oyster shooter were all excellent!
- Julie GroffJune 9, 2013Good, not great, food. Most over priced meal I've paid for. The fruit wasn't even fresh on the french toast. Thrown together presentation. Bar food with NYC price tag.
- If you like oyster shooters-- $.99 each one for happy hour until 7.
- Food is declining. Service too. Used to be awesome. And they don't take Amex which is ridiculous.
- Jeffrey ShafferMarch 20, 2013Horrible lunch service. I waited 15 minutes and other than a glass of water, nobody waited on me. I walked out and had lunch at Dock Street Grill where I received excellent service and food.
- Mike NMarch 8, 2010Go to the Middleton and order up the oyster shooters. It's what the founding fathers would have done!
- Jim LongAugust 22, 2011HORRIBLE food there. I honestly felt swindled out of my money for eating there. I don't mind paying $25-$35 for an entree if it's quality food, but this kitchen made us poorly executed dishes.
- Go to Middleton's tonight and ask for Jeremiah. Your first drink is on me!
