The general tso's is better than the beef chow fun which is an overlooked noodle confused by hoisin, black bean, and hot sauce. No seemingly authentic wok dude. That is not how we do beef chow fun.

I'm not a General Tso's kind of guy, but this is some of the best I've had in New York. The General himself would be proud.
