Gunnar Aasen: A new mecca for Scandinavian food in NYC. The standout was a dish of sunchoke cream dusted with the charred remains of a braised lamb heart (sounds weird but works). All the sauces were excellent.

Emily Wilson: Hip and cozy; grade A neighborhood joint. Warm digs and service, all natural wines, and an ever-changing menu with delicious mainstays: lamb burger, clam toast, olive oil cake. Great brunch, too.
