There is a Publix 1street over on Biscayne (walking distance) w a liqour store attached to it! You can not beat this location. Head to Publix for your breakfast (bagels & fresh cut fruit)! Save money!
Check out the Iphonefactory downstairs suite 107 for all ur iphone needs crack screen no problem. It will be fixed with in 2 hours. Friendly staff competitive prices. Great place to stop by.
Awesome hotel for downtown events, arenaevents, cruise pre or departure, bay shore maybe, art and science museums, but not great for just vacationing since everything is at Miami beach apparently :)
Great views & check in people where very nice . They are refreshing the balcony. No problem, but that should be on your website 4 me 2 make a decision before I book. Bed was bad. I slept in a hole
Lots of hotel guests stay here before/after a cruise so try not to be around this hotel during departure/arrival time of the hundreds of cruise guests, it's a mad house.
2 things: buy a plunger from publix right down the road as your toilet is bound to clog and they have precisely 1 contractor who takes care of it, Second, NEVER use a flyer under your door, ask desk
Everything they say about the internet is true. Didn't try the top package, but the cheaper in room package and the free wi fi in the lobby are very poor...wouldn't even let me post this tip!
The "Leisure Shuttle" offers transportation to South Beach, 5th & Collins Ave and the Design District. Available 7 days a week - 10 am to 1 pm and 6-9 pm.
Great hotel for a pre or post cruise stop. Two miles from the Port of Miami. No shuttle service to/from airport - use Super Shuttle, approx. $16 one way pp.
The conciergelounge has some of the best food I've encountered. The wifi in my room on the 28th floor was horrible but it was fine elsewhere in the hotel.
We put out our Do Not Disturb sign until lunch and then they didn't make up the room at all saying that when they see the sign out in the morning there's no housekeeping until you call to request it.
Don’t stay here! Utter chaos on checking in; our booked room had been given away. Took two hours before we got a room. Dozens of people were in the same situation.
This hotel is absolutely fine. Comments about poor Internet and poor restaurant service must be outdated. I'm platinum with Marriott, meaning I stay in a LOT of them. This is >= most.
Guests surround themselves with the vibrancy of downtown Miami in our well-located hotel near the Port of Miami, American Airlines Arena, Bayside Marketplace, Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts, Wynwood Walls and the legendary South Beach.
