Try not to check a bag. Handlers must be sipping cafecitos back there instead of getting your bags out. No airport I've been at is quite this bad!
DONT CHECK A BAG IF YOU ARE FLYING INTO MIA--baggage claim at American is sooooo slow it will add 45-90 minutes to your trip!!!!!
No real food options nor shopping. Just a basic, generic airport out of the 70s
versailles is not a restaurant - just baked goods. go to La Carreta instead (take skytrain)

AA passengers don't use security at gate e - stay at gate d - they don't honor priority access
