- Milan's really only airport (Bergamo/Orio is budget airlines and Malpensa is a cathedral in the desert). Free wi-fi and plenty of shops but allow time to go trough security if not holding a fast trackUpvoted 5 days ago
- The better option when flying to Milan due to its closeness to the city, baggage is (usually) delivered quickly and the passport control is fairly speedy zUpvoted Sep 20
- Steff PeetersSeptember 4, 2013Take a €5 bus to the Central Station and hop on Metro to "Lanza" - there jump on tram 12 to Villapizzone and get to Radisson Blu or Milan Suite Hotel ! Don't take taxis! #cheaperUpvoted 1 week ago
- Tony KingfisherFebruary 26, 2017Best airport in Milan for location..a little dated in many areas but relatively straightforward experience- BA Galleries lounge but toilets outside and BA Priority Boarding chaotic-good overall...
- Its always better to land here than in Malpensa airport. The ticket is the same to go to the city center. This will save you a lot.
- Completely redesign departures area. Many shops still closed due to pandemic, but lovely design.
- Se7enthAngelFebruary 15❤️ this option. Only €2.20 ATM ticket, + takes 12 minutes 2 reach centre(San Babila metro). 6 am to 10 pm Mon-Thur, extended to 12:30 am on Fri, Sats + Suns. Metro Dateo connects to S railway lines
- Make sure you have breakfast at LE BRICIOLE Bar at departure floor to taste an amazing hazelnut croissant!
- Chanel BrownAugust 30, 2014Small airport. Three floors: floor 0 is arrivals, floor 1 is departures and floor 2 has both a cafeteria and a sit-down restaurant. - if you are flying BA, only come 2 hours before flight to check-in!
- Joshua MastersJuly 13, 2012ALITALIA passengers get free WiFi by tapping into their network with an airline ticket code. Smokers: there is a four-sided, see-through, glass-walled smokers lounge on the 2nd floor
- Robin Van den bergMay 22, 2017Careful! If you have a connecting flight at the airport, you might have to go through security again. Make sure you have at least an hour in between flights!
- Mark LeeDecember 13, 2015Friendly security, useful as you need to go through it when transiting plus through Passport and Customs into and out of Italy/Schenegen and go landside before security etc to reach Gates
- Tugce EsenerJuly 19, 2016Free wifi. And its quite easy to get thru. Not too long lines and really close to the city. Get your sandwiches before heading to the gate.
- This used to be my favourite airport but now it's only a dimmed version of its glorious past. I was finding difficult even to find a decent place for a warm meal.
- eDreamsApril 16, 2012Do you like Italian ham? Get a sandwich in Panino Giusto (we recommend the one called "Luis" - It's very good :) And if you love dessert you must order Tiramisu.
- CarmenApril 15, 2017Signage is confusing when you arrive for the first time: An arrow down is marked exit, baggage claim, and connecting flights by the connecting flights are actually on the same floor you're at.
- Small airport but long security queues. 2 Fastracks, one is only Alitalia. Take the one at the left which are for all airlines for passenger with freq traveller status. Saves you lot of time.
- M WJune 24, 2017Small and convenient airport, though if you're flying BA you will always take a bus... You only need a few minutes to get through security usually, so you can even arrive one hour before departure.
- BarraG KhalidApril 4, 2014It is much feasible to rent a car from this airport (everything is close by) if you are driving from Milan to Europe for a trip. The airport is just 15 mins drive from Milan and 25 mins by Bus.

- Welcome to Milano ! Go to the Center by bus. Cheap and fast. Taxi may be a bit toke expensive. If you leave make sure ur luggage is well closed. There were some issues with stolen luggages.
- Akhnaton Ihara RezendeOctober 17, 2022A small airport, but well organized! The taxi point is fast, don't afraid of the line.
- Iren PhotievaFebruary 18, 2015Nice and cozy airport , very easy to access to any gates.very near to the city.
- mark hullJune 15, 2014Tax-free stamp. If this is last stop before leaving europe get stamp before customs. If you're checking bag get stamp before checking in. Office is very small customs office near bulky luggage area.
- George OduroFebruary 2, 2015If you are departing, the duty free shop immediately after security is currently doing 40% OFF Salvatore Ferragamo ties!
- H WagnerSeptember 9, 2016Short travel times to city centre, short walks to gates. Essentially like City airport London.
- It is the closest airport to Milan city center, so very convenient.
- Lula LuuDecember 29, 2013Try not to be earlier than check in time as there is nowhere to sit down to wait a long time! Checking opens about 2,5 hrs before the scheduled flight
- AileenMay 15, 2014Crappiest airport ive been to but still so much closer to the city center so you get to save money on cabs.
- Enrico SMay 4, 2015Not too crowded and easy to go around. Good and not too expensive dining options.

- Greg HaslamMay 9, 2014Express bus to centrale station is 5 euros.. Takes about 30 minutes depending on traffic. There is a normal bus into the city that costs 1.5 euros that takes longer and drops you off at metro
- A reminder that Italy is a second-world country at best...
- Wi-Fi free with 512kb. If you need to go faster, you have to pay it.
- The 73 or X73 buses will take you to Milan town centre. Buy a €1.50 pass to get you into town, ignore the Milan Card and bus offer the ticket guy will try to hawk onto you.
- Benjamin HollwayOctober 15, 2017Small dirty airport. Not many options for food or shopping whilst waiting. Security is slow and aggressive. Would never fly into this airport again, if it weren't to visit family.
- Michel MadozSeptember 14, 2011Nice Cream Croissant and a great coffee at Motta. It is located just after the security checking. Arrivederci!
- Carlo MFebruary 17, 2013Only 8 km away from downtown Milan, X73 Express Bus to Piazza San Babila makes sense if only for €1.50 each way.
