Meredith Warren: Perfect for the person who wants to try it all. You want chicken parmesan with gnocchi instead of spaghetti noodles? Done. Baked ziti AND lasagna? No problem. Order whatever you want and leave happy!

Meredith Warren: House on the outside, swanky bar on the inside. There's a hidden Mezcal tequila bar in the very back of Bowen House. Small, but worth it just to experience an authentic Mezcal drink!

Meredith Warren: My go-to bowling lounge. Good food, good drinks and an old-school vibe that makes bowling cool again.

Meredith Warren: Don't be fooled by the exterior. This place has the BEST bruschetta I've ever had. I could have it as my entrée...In fact, I have had it as my entrée. No regrets! Carbs are life.

Meredith Warren: This place can do no wrong when it comes to fine dining. The lobster bisque is incredible, the wine list is never-ending, and any and every entrée/side is a good choice.

Meredith Warren: I dream about their pecan crusted goat cheese & spinach salad. Don't ask questions, just order it. Another must try is the cheddar truffle grits...because cheddar. truffle. grits.

Meredith Warren: A trendy, cozy spot to grab a cup of coffee and a bite to eat (the avocado toast is delicious!) It’s also a perfect place to hop online and do some work away from the office. Note: Parking is scarce.

Meredith Warren: Musicals, concerts and plays, oh my! This venue puts on incredible shows that feel intimate, but grand. I’ve seen multiple shows here including Dreamgirls, the musical, and I’m always impressed.

Meredith Warren: Open all day, but one word: BRUNCH. Don’t be surprised if there’s a wait, but it moves pretty quickly. Farmhouse scramble is a classic, but if you like sweet versus savory try any french toast!

Meredith Warren: Definitely one of the top pizza places in Dallas. You may not see it on the menu, but the Honey Bastard is by far a crowd favorite. Perfect combination of smoky and sweet. Try it now, thank me later.

Meredith Warren: PERFECT place to walk around, enjoy the scenery and take that perfect photo. I took my engagement photos here and still find myself in awe at how beautiful the backdrop. Check the calendar for events!

Meredith Warren: I love this place for a casual day or night out. It has good drinks, good bar food, and a great outdoor space. All around a perfect place to go with friends on the weekend.

Meredith Warren: 1. Pie is a completely underrated dessert 2. If you agree, go here! It’s a cute shop that has a consistent offering of traditional pies (think cherry and apple a la mode), but also seasonal flavors.

Meredith Warren: If you’re in Dallas and you like baseball, this is a must. The stadium is beautiful, but it’s also an open-top, so be prepared for that Texas heat! Tours also available.

Meredith Warren: Lively bar with one of my favorite rooftops showing off a great view of downtown Dallas. Walking distance from the American Airlines center, home of the Dallas Mavs and Stars games.

Meredith Warren: For my paleo/whole 30 friends out there, meet your dream come true. Anything can be made gluten or dairy free. Not you? Doesn’t matter. All of their food is good, but try the nachos. Also, ROOFTOP!

Meredith Warren: Super creative decor and great for happy hour. The buffalo cauliflower is my absolute favorite and if you like mules (that are on the sweeter side) try the crushed velvet! So tasty.

Meredith Warren: Home to one of my favorite salads: fruit & walnut salad. Chicken, candied walnuts, bacon and pomegranate vinaigrette that makes you forget you don’t like fruit in your salad. Great outdoor space, too!

Meredith Warren: One of my favorite places to go with friends for brunch (dinner, too) It’s family-style with great brunch treats (donuts, frittata, hot chicken, etc.) Also large outdoor/lawn space with live concerts.

Meredith Warren: Hi, brisket tacos, I love you. The menu is wonderful and the margaritas always hit the spot. Their super popular mambo taxi is a fun way to enhance the frozen margarita.

Meredith Warren: An interesting mix of menu items that always leaves me full and happy. I love their steak frites for dinner (the “voo doo” sauce is to die for) and they’re just as good for lunch.

Meredith Warren: Parliament has a 1920’s vibe that’s perfect for happy hour. The space is a bit small, but it adds to the prohibition era ambiance. If you aren’t sure what to order, ask the bartender. They’re GOOD.

Meredith Warren: I adore this restaurant for its french charm and delicious food, not to mention the Instagram worthy decor backdrop. Perfect for brunch, lunch or drinks.

Meredith Warren: Say hello to your new favorite brunch spot (or lunch or dinner or drinks). It has an amazing outdoor/indoor garden patio and has live music Wed/Thurs night and on Sundays for brunch.

Meredith Warren: Known for being home to the world's first frozen margarita machine and they are GOOD. Like on the rocks more? Try their Fire & Ice. The queso mariano is a must and the flautas are my go-to.

Meredith Warren: True Mexico City gourmet Mexican food. This place has been around for years and it's no surprise why. The entire menu is delicious, but it would be a mistake not to order the Filete Cantinflas.
