Amazing. The empanadas are flavorful & perfectly sized for an appetizer. The filet with the creamed spinach is dream-worthy, as are the ample-sized pizzas. The flourless chocolate cake is the best.

Surely one of the best restaurants in Cypress. No need to go to the galleria area, midtown, or downtown... Stay close to home (in Cypress) and eat at Merche!

The filet melts in your mouth like butter. And the bison ribeye is so lean and juicy.

Order the souffle for dessert before you eat dinner it takes a long time to cook & it easily serves 2-3 people. Yummy good. :)

Not worth it, food mediocre, non existent atmosphere and priced way too high based upon previous comments. Skip it.
