Surely a must to visit market in Florence! Downstairs the market, you can find some of the finest ingredients. Upstairs the restaurants. Find here Lampredotto, Arancini, Gelato, Cannolis and pizza!

The truffle counter up at the second level food court is a must try. Although it's a food court but probably the best risotto I have ever had. Thy don't cheap out on the fresh truffle neither.

The upper level is more of the food court and if you're craving for pizza, definitely get the Margherita here! You will not be disappointed.

Pasta fresca from the ground floor is heavenly. For only 5€ you get fresh and perfectly cooked pasti ripieni or gnocchi. First floor is expensive and I had no luck with finding good food

Great place to have Italian food in Firenze. Upstairs you find a variety of restaurants and downstairs you'll find a nice market. Don't forget to try the capuccino upstairs!!

I loved this place!!! In the morning you can find fruit, coffee and everything you need to Cook Italian food. During the afternoon, you must try the gourmet options with a glass of wine.

Fresh fruits, vegetable, grocery market stalls on the first floor, 2nd floor is like a food court with 2 bars in the middle serving caffe, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks. So much food!

Pizza Napoli, the pork sandwich on the corner near the stairwell at I Tramezzini was amazing. €4 Prosecco with a generous pour make this the perfect stop.

The Mercato is always a good idea. Such a nice vibe and soooo many options to choose from, decisions don’t come in handy. This time we ate from the wood oven pizza place from upstairs. Awesome!

So many restaurants to try up too, and vendor stalls in the lower section. Be careful, the vendors aren't there on Sunday - learned the hard way! definitely try a local favorite: Lamprodotto

Unmissable! Great place, fun street market outside for gifts. The food market itself is a chic market, remodeled with taste and a great offer of cool and tasty dishes. Mix of locals and tourists ;)

Great food market with wide selection of Italian places (like pasta with fresh truffles, sandwich with cow's stomach or more traditional pizzas). Lively, with different price levels (5-40 Eur)

Head to the top floor and grab a few things from the various food stalls. Highly recommend a square slice and some arincini (+ birra alla spinna)

Food lovers, unite! Bottom floor is full of cheeses, fresh meat and charcuterie. Head upstairs for a fab meal for lunch. Wash it down with a glass of Prosecco.

The food court on the market is a wonderful place to have dinner. Locals go there. No chain restaurants. When you get your food the staff will nicely ask if you need drinks and serve to your table.

Centrally located in OldTown. Very big with small kiosks for meat, wine, vegetables, and many more food options. Some serve food to eat as well. You can find a lot.

Beautiful food on xmas even although only the 1st floor is open.. ground floor is close ... but if you have the chance do go there and take back home the quality italian produce

You can shop, eat and buy gifts here. The ground floor is like a market and in the first floor, you can sit if you want while you are enjoying your meals or drinks.

Go directly to the 2nd floor, head straight to the truffle counter and get the truffle risotto. Worth the price, one of the best truffle dishes we had in Florence!!

Absolutely love Florence's central market. Very old fashioned with excellent produce. The food court is great, some of the better food I had in Italy. Get the focaccia!

Walk around the ground floor for an authentic smell of Florentine ingredients. There are some good places to eat down there but upstairs there's even more, Italian speciality and sushi.

At the first floor it’s the market, where you can find anything topical you would like to shop. Definitely go upstairs and taste arancine from Sicily(beef or ham)! Yummy!

Nice foodcourt good for food in Florence. They have antipasti, pasta, wine, risotto, pizza, meat, fish and all kind of bites.. Just visit and enjoy!

Shopping downstairs closes early. Food court upstairs open late. Good for quick bite or if you want to attend Italian culinary class. Wine shop had good selection and nice apps.

Farmers market was closed on Sun. There’s a food hall upstairs w/lots of food stalls. Good but a little expensive. Watch out for pickpockets as you wind your way through the leather market.

Its a big food bazaar and gourme restaurants on upstairs with live music and chic atmospere! Also leather bags and clothes bazaar around it.
