- Tobias SchmidtJune 18, 2017Their signature Tokushima ramen was pretty disappointing. Nothing exciting about the broth, the chashu was mostly fatty and not at all tender and the raw egg is a pretty weird idea
- Add minced garlic to your ramen! They leave a small container of it + tiny spoon on every table.
