Make sure to show up 15 minutes before your appointment, then be sure to have a book or something to kill 45+ minutes of your time before you actually see anyone.- NYU Langone has gotten worse and worse over the years, from longer wait times, to hideous billing mistakes, to unresponsive call centers. Strong suggestion to find somewhere else.
