Matta's Mexican Restaurant

My favorite thing here is the Chili Relleno. It is to die for. No one comes close to Matta's. I also love the Robert's Taco. Those two things are almost all I order here. Try the Horchata drink.

I know the family that owns it...the food there has been excellent for decades, even back when they were on east Main in Mesa beside Bill Johnson's.

Buy a jar of their hot salsa and take it home. Best in town!

Dirty pop dispenser, filthy counter which houses the pop machine. The back 2” were filthy dirty. Gross. Food was ok.
