KendraAugust 4, 2014This restaurant made our trip in DC. We spent just over a week in DC and we ate here 3 times. The chicken pesto is to die for! You can order half/half pizzas to try more types! All were amazing!

Just had the fire smoked pizza today and it was delicious. Didn't have that awkward fusion taste of flavors I've experienced with other pizzas. The flavors were in perfect harmony with that spicy pow!

Great brunch. Try the Chinatown cocktail or a Bloody Mary. Huevos rancheros or steak and eggs are good options. Breakfast pizza too.

Great all around menu. Also have a nice special menu for brunch. The house red wine is good as well.

Burger DaysMarch 8, 2011While Matchbox is known first and foremost for their pizza, their Bistro Burger served with bacon and Gorgonzola on a buttered brioche bun is one of the best around.
If God ate pizza, He'd eat at matchbox. At the fucking bar. And He'd cuss because God rocks you. I reccommend the following bartenders: Shannon, Laura, Eric and I'm warming up to Lauren and Lindsey.
