It really all depends on whether you get a good group of nurses&good dr(s) because it can go well but it can go horribly too. If you can, get your own dr to see you instead of hospitalist.
Staff on 2 south have been really good to us..couldn't ask for more. Food takes 45 min to arrive but you can order whenever you want. Patience would do some people good.- Get ready to be woken very early daily when admitted for blood work cause they draw it at the crack of dawn, if not earlier! Like 3-6am about, guh.

MWHC is the best in the Fredericksburg area, hands down.
Sarah WNovember 14, 2011Great staff, don't listen to the "don't go here!" tips. We have had to be at the hospital more than we'd like and have never had a bad experience.
If you get lost or need assistance anybody in a maroon jacket is a volunteer, ask them for help- I've been admitted here MANY times&Ive had both good&really bad experiences so I understand but tips of the don't go here&the others. It all depends on the staff. But 5th floor is probably the worst.

If I could I would've picked a diff hospital. The room was nasty had left over food from previous occupant. Food was always late. N

It's only the worst hospital when people can't get the drugs that want!
For everyone who says "don't go here...worst hospital ever" don't let the door hit ya in the ass!
