Beds are huge and comfortable, wifi is free. The location is great - Subway station nearby. Check out the building's history corner.

David WilderFebruary 21, 2017We had a rough time here. Our biggest issue was check-in. Even though we checked in at 9am, they wouldn't let us into it until 11pm! Combine that with wifi & other room issues and we won't be back.

Great central location in Manhattan. Easy access to many subway lines and a quick walk to popular neighborhoods and attractions.
Excellent location, near to subway, near to empire state, comfortable rooms.
Sound insulation isn’t great so make sure you get a high floor!

- In the 2nd floor ballroom all day, hotel personnel wouldn't let us use restrooms on first floor. Didn't give explanation.

Don't stay here. Even the pent house rooms are crap.
It used to be good. Not anymore. Service is terrible (look like the host is a favor... The employees are all bad tempered). And they charge you abusively just to receive packages from internet orders.

Excelente localização. Cama confortável. Se vc for cliente genius(booking), ganhará de cortesia café da manhã nas diárias. Preço salgado como a maioria dos hotéis em Manhattan.
Хороший готель, зручне розташування, сніданки одноманітні, але якщо зупиняєшся на декілька днів - це не проблема. Не дуже чисто, але для Нью-Йорка - це норма) Шумний кондиціонер.
