Custom House has bones going back to the mid-19th century, though the tower wasn't plunked there until the 20th. Perfect for business travelers in town for a while or those relocating to the region. Read more

It's all good! Close to north end. Short walk for dinner and desert at mike's pastry /Easy T trip to Copley place and the Pru. Love the counting room. Outstanding service!!

Everything was perfect here, from Boston creme pie upon arrival to seeing peregrine falcons on the observation deck, to a lovely room and bed. 10/10 would stay again.

The lower part of the building resembles a Greek temple. The illuminated clock on the tower stands out against the taller buildings of the city.

The observation deck at the 26th floor offers a stunning view of downtown Boston but is not accessible, except each day at 2pm. Come 10 minutes before & ask the reception for it. Only 3$ per person.

Most recognized building in Boston skyline. When built it was erected taller than legal city limit; allowed because it was a federal bldg. Observation deck but tours only 1x/day. More info in our blog Read more

Come at 2 pm for the view alone or 6 pm for drinks and a tour of the observation deck.

If you are staying here, you have to go to the observation deck. Top floor outdoors. Amazing views!

Walk around inside, it's open to the public and the vibe is so cool. Love the 2nd floor rotunda.

Free tours at 2pm on the weekend for non-hotel guests. Clock tower offers best view of the city. Times vary -- call the office prior.
